The client software comes with an extensive help file. Please refer to the program help in the first instance. Should you not find the solution there you can of course contact us. Often we can assist over the telephone, this is made more efficient if we can see what is on your screen. Remote viewing of your computer over the internet is with your permission is possible with a handy program called help.exe that will contact our support address and will enable us to see your screen. It is included on your setup CD if you joined after June 2006. Alternatively you can download the latest version of Help.exe. Sometimes we release a new version of the software that enables extra features. Existing customers needing to upgrade to the latest version can download and run this update package. You may be asked what your IP address is. If so please say that this page detected it as 38.103.63.59 |
